This project was a collaboration between our team and an investor known as M.R. It presented an exciting opportunity to launch a unique NFT collection, where each digital asset came with the potential to grant buyers a real plot of land in Ireland—offering them the rare title of "Lord." The project gained further momentum through the involvement of a well-known influencer and rapper, who was set to be the face of the campaign and drive major media attention.

I was particularly enthusiastic about the project's potential, which was projected to generate revenue in the 7 to 8-digit range. With a personal stake in the outcome, I was highly motivated and worked intensively to bring the vision to life. Within 25 days, I created over 130 3D model traits and developed a custom software tool capable of mixing and matching these traits seamlessly. The tool also applied varying materials and generated metadata (JSON files) including trait data and rarity levels—automating the production of a large number of unique NFT combinations.

As the influencer was playing a central role in the project, he provided creative direction by suggesting the removal and addition of certain traits. I promptly implemented these changes to align with his vision, ensuring the final product met the team's expectations. At this stage, the project was fully prepared, with the release timeline and marketing strategy being managed by the investor and the influencer.

However, just as we were approaching the launch, unforeseen news broke—our influencer was arrested following allegations of assault against his partner. The incident sparked outrage in his community and caused a significant decline in his public image. In response to this crisis, the investor decided to halt the project, citing the increasing risk in associating with the influencer and the fading momentum in the crypto and NFT market. He generously transferred full ownership of the project assets to me.

Today, I retain complete ownership of the project, which I have rebranded as Cyber Lords. The original assets, along with the powerful NFT generation tool I developed, remain ready for deployment in future opportunities. Since then, I have continued to enhance the tool—adding functionality to generate animated NFT videos, a feature that, to my knowledge, remains unmatched in any currently available NFT platform.
